MDST offers full-service contract manufacturing and product assembly solutions, including cleanroom assembly, component sourcing, kitting, and packaging.
From prototype and pilot builds to ongoing production, we focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing solutions with reliable, on-time delivery.
Matt Campobasso is MDST Design's founder and mechanical engineer. His engineering and manufacturing experience supports the company's in-house assembly operations, from early builds to ongoing production. DFM/DFA, fixture design, process development and production documentation help the team resolve assembly issues and establish practical build methods. MDST works with product companies to source components, inspect incoming parts, assemble products internally and perform the applicable quality checks. That connection between engineering and the production floor supports repeat manufacturing orders, kitting and packaging, as well as prototype and pilot programs.
MDST Design provides in-house contract assembly, component sourcing, incoming inspection, quality checks, kitting and packaging. We support ongoing manufacturing and repeat orders, alongside prototype and pilot builds. Engineering capabilities help improve assembly methods and production documentation. Component fabrication is sourced from suppliers as required. Regulated medical-device manufacturing inquiries are reviewed separately through MDST Medical to confirm the applicable scope.
